I’m hard on my shoes. There’s always a million errands on my weekend to-do list. I’m up early doing a redunkulous amount of stuff before noon. And then some! My weekend outfit is pretty much the same: skinny jeans, top, jacket, crossbody bag (can’t shop with only one arm!) and flats.

I’ve gone through a lot of flats. Like Goldilocks, some were too hard, some were too soft and some were just tooo ugly. The I met Aerosole’s Betunia ($69.99, aerosoles.com). The fall must-have shoe, the Smoking Slipper goes fab with my jeans and equally pretty nifty with a dress. What I really, really, really like about the flat is that it’s seriously cushioned on the inside. I can zip and zoom all over the city, go to the supermarket, the laundromat, run uptown and down (all in one day) and my feet don’t hurt at the end of my insane race to get it all done.
